Employer’s Tax Statutory Obligation – Form E

According to Section 83(1) of the Income Tax Act 1967, every employer is required to submit Form E by the 31st of March each year.
|
|
Failure to comply with this requirement is considered an offense and may result in penalties imposed by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) or Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM).
